Warranty
The Escape Rollator is covered by a lifetime warranty on the frame, and a five(5) year warranty on the brake handles against defects in materials and workmanship. Those items not warrantied are wear items, such as handgrips, brake cables, and wheels. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, and is not transferrable. Walton Mobility will not warranty any parts that have been damaged due to improper installation, modification and/or misuse.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
