The DMS Head Guard Head Immobilizer Head and Chin Straps can replace worn or damaged security straps for the DMS Head Guard Head Immobilizer device. These head and chin straps are vinyl-wrapped so that they're easy to clean, and help keep the patient's head stable during emergency transport.
Please note, these are the head and chin straps only. The complete Head Guard set is not included.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
