Reguloid is a bulk-forming laxative that relieves occasional constipation and generally produces bowel movement in 12-72 hours.

Reguloid may also be used as a dietary fiber supplement and may help reduce the risk of heart disease by lowering cholesterol.

Each rounded tablespoon of Reguloid contains:

3.4 g Psyllium Husk
30 mg potassium
5 mg sodium

Directions:

Adults and children 12 years and over: Mix one (1) rounded tablespoon with at least 8 onces (oz) of water or other fluid. Take up to 3 times daily.
For children 6 to under 12 years: 1/2 adult dose in 8 oz of liquid, up to 3 times daily.
For children under 6 years: ask a doctor

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
