This product has been designed to stabilize the ankle with unstable medial and lateral ligaments. It also functions well against edema. It is made of dual laminated neoprene interiorly and exteriorly with jersey. The neoprene has perforations which reduces excessive perspiration without losing body temperature. The elastic bandages that come with the product help to provide extra support to the ankle. The rigid plastic stabilizers in the inside provide a stronger support to the malleolar area. The zipper closure allows patients with swollen feet to put on the product more easily.
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer
Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
