Epinephrine Bitartrate USP Powder for Compounding Medications is an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) used in the preparation of customized medications in compounding pharmacies. It is a synthetic form of the hormone epinephrine, also known as adrenaline, and is used to treat anaphylaxis, a severe and potentially life-threatening allergic reaction. The bitartrate form of epinephrine allows for easier incorporation into compounding medication formulations. It is a prescription medication that should only be used under the direction and supervision of a healthcare provider.
Epinephrine Bitartrate, USP is used to treat life-threatening allergic reactions including anaphylaxis. All Spectrum Chemical USP products are manufactured, packaged and stored under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) per 21CFR part 211 in FDA registered and inspected facilities.
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer
Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
