Instructions: Place support on the ground with all straps open. Place heel on opening and support under foot with side elastic straps underneath. Wrap side ankle straps first. Then apply left side of foot before right side and affix fastener firmly yet comfortably. The elastic straps under the foot are designed to cross over and affix to each other behind the ankle for best support.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
