1.This set includes 10 individual ER16 collets in 1/32" increments.
2.The following sizes are included - 1/32,1/16,3/32,1/8,3/16,7/32,1/4,5/16,11/32,3/8"

3.Runout tolerance within 15 micron (0.00059") at 4×d position

4.Designed for use with cylindrical shank tools, not flats
5.The full length of the cutting tool should be placed in the collet
6.Made from 65Mn Alloy spring steel , vacuum annealing and hardened to HRC 42-45

7.Each collet gone through thermal aging process to eliminante grinding residual stress and long cryogenic treatment to improce wear resistance
8.Full set covers all collet sizes from 1/32" - 3/8" (0.031" - 0.375")
9.Comes in a aluminum plastic collet box
10.Box dimensions are 4.92" x 4.13" x 2.36" tall (with lid closed)

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
