Instructions: Wrap support around outer side of upper forearm and insert strap. Position pads below the elbow, where tension or soreness occurs. Tennis (outer arm) and golf (inner arm below elbow) are the common areas for soreness. With arm straight, make hand into a fist, then pull strap to lock pads in place. Relaxing hand will then ensure support is comfortable.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
