Directions for use:
- Place the Skil-Care E-Z Transfer Slider Pommel Wheelchair Cushion on the wheelchair seat
- Secure rear safety strap around the back of the chair and the other around the bottom of the seat
- Remove the Velcro® attached side control pommel
- Seat the patient and reattach the pommel so that the web loop faces front
- Remove pommel before removing patient from the chair

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
