Indications: Indicated for immobilization following rotator cuff repairs, S/P glenohumeral acromioplasty surgery, or other shoulder related injuries.

Application:
Open up immobilizer, release all hook and loop closures, remove and set aside humeral cuff and long shoulder strap.
Grasp the widest portion of immobilizer, wrap around waist and secure hook and loop closure, making sure padded wrist/forearm cuff is in front of the body.
Secure humeral cuff onto the body of immobilizer just above the elbow, place the upper arm in cuff and secure.
Open padded wrist/forearm cuff, place forearm in the cuff and secure.
Attach the long shoulder strap to the front portion of immobilizer, bring over the unaffected shoulder and secure to the back of immobilizer.
NOTE: any excess material may be trimmed if desired.

Cleaning and Care: Close all contact closures. Hand wash in warm water with mild soap. The product should be air-dried. Do not use high temperatures to wash or dry.
