PREPARATION & STORAGE:

Directions: Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Add 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) of boiling water. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 8 minutes. Stir again, reseal, wait 7 more minutes. Enjoy. Rehydration time doubles every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. Our directions are set for 5,000 feet.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
