Application:
Observe warnings and instructions for use of gel packs.
Place one gel pack at a time into each pocket and secure in the pocket.
Locate "neck" area of wrap and place on the affected shoulder.
Place short strap under the upper arm and attach to wrap in the front and back.
Locate longer strap and attach to the front of wrap near neck area so strap comes across chest under the arm of the unaffected shoulder, across the back and attached to the back of the wrap.
Care & Cleaning:
Close all contact closures and hand washes in warm water with mild soap. The product should be air-dried, do not use high temperatures to wash or dry.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
