The new Weld Metals Online Thin metal Starter Kit is focused entirely on metals less than .040" (1mm) thick. Each sample pack contains 6 ten packs of metal in 3 different grades including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum. We also include 25 pieces each of the appropriate sized (and hard to find) filler metal as well as a piece of tungsten which works for all of it! Whether you want to step up your TIG skills o the max, or you just need to practice on some thin metal - this Thin Metals Starter Kit has everything you need and is ready to weld right out of the box!

Each Kit Includes:

(2) 10 packs of 20ga., (0.032") Aluminum 2" x 4" Coupons

(2) 10 packs of 20ga., (0.038") Stainless 2" x 4" Coupons

(2) 10 packs of 20ga. (0.036") Steel 2" x 4" Coupons

(25) pieces of 0.045" ER4043 Filler

(25) pieces of 0.035" ER308 Filler

(25) pieces of 0.035 ER70S-2 Filler

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
