The Dynarex Adjustable Full Length Bed Rail (#10463) is a dual-sided crossbar rail that's easy to install for home care beds.

Warranty: 1 Year.

The Dynarex Adjustable Full Length Bed Rail can telescope with the motion of the bed, due to spring-loaded release that allows it to move up and down. It's made from 1-inch thick steel and has a silver finish.

This rail comes as one piece, and will protect both sides of the bed.
