Mueller ITB Strap helps relieve pain on the outside of your knee, usually associated with running, cycling, hiking or weight-lifting.
Instructions / Application:
1. Slide onto leg.
2. Place strap just above kneecap as shown.
3. Pull strap through buckle, tighten.
4. Secure strap with hook & loop.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
