As a result there is rapid clogging and blunting of the diamond grains – processing speed decreases, chips occur and edge quality decreases.

CoolPAD polishing blades are designed for dry grinding of ceramics, porcelain gres on an angle grinder. The composition of the diamond bearing layer provides a constant high processing speed which ensures the best surface quality. You can touch the tile glaze without fear of damaging the edge. The profile of the layer in involute form removes the sludge from the grinding zone. Because of this one blade replace three polishing blades of different grain size.
