The Midmark Accessory Socket Kit (#9A354003) is used to mount the Midmark Assist Handle to the Midmark 604 or 625 Procedure Tables or the Ritter 204, 222, or 223 Examination Tables. It consists of six component parts: (2) Socket Weldments [#030-1561-02] and (4) Flange Bolts (5/16-18 x 3/4") [#040-0312-79].

Warranty: 1 Year - Parts and Labor.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
