The DMS Blue Sticky Wedge Foam Blocks are designed to immobilize the head or neck during emergency transportation. The blocks come with an adhesive sticky back that can be placed on any backboard, and doesn't leave any residue when it's removed after use. They're also compatible with DMS Disposable Blue Head and Chin Straps (#9703) to help stabilize the head.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
