Polypropylene monofilament surgical sutures are a sterile non-absorbable isostatic crystalline stereoisomer of linear hydrocarbon polymer containing little or no monofilament (undyed) and monofilament (either D &C blue #6 or copper phthalocyanine blue dye). Actions
Polypropylene elicits minimal acute inflammatory rreaction in tissues, which is followed by gradual encapsulation of the suture by fibrous connective tissue. Polypropylene monofilament surgical suture is not absorbed, nor is any significant change in tinsel strength known to occur in vivo.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
