Red lentils cooked in vegetable stock with ginger, paprika, cumin and coconut.

Cooking Instructions: Add 250ml (1 cup) of boiling water, mix thoroughly (30 seconds), reseal, wait until rehydrated (10 mins). Enjoy immediately.
