Midmark 630 Barrier-Free Universal Power Procedures Table: -001 through -009 (All Serial #s).
Ritter Evolution 75 Procedure Chair: -019 through -021 (Serial #V).

The RPI Midmark Flange Bearing is equivalent to Midmark Part #016-0131-21.

RPI Midmark Flange Bearing Specifications

Dimensions: 0.375" (ID) x 0.501" (OD) x 0.69" (diameter) x 0.062" (flange).
Material: Oil embedded bronze.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
