The Dynarex L-Mesitran Soft Wound Gel (#3078 / 24 per Case) is a primary dressing gel that contains 40% medical grade honey, hypo-allergenic lanolin, and vitamins C and E. The L-Mesitran Honey Gel can be used for acute and chronic wounds, such as venous, atrial and diabetic ulcers, fungating wounds, donor sites, and surgical wounds at stages 1, 2, 3, and 4.

When in contact with the wound, fluid is drawn from the surrounding tissues through osmosis, creating a moist healing environment. The Wound Gel does not adhere to the wound, and also prevents other secondary dressings from adhering to the wound. It facilitates good wound bed preparation.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
