This square drive model has exactly the same motor specifications as the M.TX.

C.EMX-1 Speed Control Description:
The C.EMX-1 looks the same as our standard table top control but it has special electronics that converts AC current from an electrical outlet to DC current, the type required by Series LX motors. This control also has a different style plug that is made to fit the motor's shielded-type plug. The C.EMX-1 is a solid state control in a plastic housing that can be positioned anywhere on a work surface. The hand dial is used to adjust and set speed. This manual style control allows you to maintain and return to a desired speed, time and again by marking the setting on the dial. The C.EMX-1 also has a replaceable fuse that protects the electronics during power surges and work overloads. 5” long, 5-3/4” wide, 2-5/8” high, ship wt. 2 lbs./1 kg.

Series TX motors are Foredoms most powerful flex shaft machines with 1/3HP. They have permanent magnet DC motors that feature the latest in flex shaft technology. These ball bearing models utilize advanced rare earth magnets (in place of the wound fields in our universal type Series SR motors) that deliver more torque at the low end and throughout the entire speed range of 500 to 15,000 RPM. Square drive flex shafts are the ultimate power tools for deburring, buffing, grinding, polishing and metal finishing of any kind with larger rotary accessories. They are great for large scale woodcarving and sculpting applications with carbide or steel burs and larger mounted grinding stones.
This model comes equipped with a motor bale for hanging, and a 63” long, square drive shaft and heavy duty protective sheath in place of the standard key-tip shaft and sheath. Specialized square drive shafting ONLY works with Foredom's 4 square drive handpieces- the H.25H, H.28H, H.30H and H.44HT.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
