Wire & Tube Cutting Jig

Easily adjust the Stop up or down the 6" jig body and secure it in place by tightening the knurled knob to set the desired length for wire or tubing. A 2mm setback in the V Channel Insert ensures that smaller gauge wire slides smoothly under the Stop, preventing it from slipping up during the cut.

The Saw Guide is designed for both left and right-handed use. To switch directions, simply unscrew the thumbscrew and insert the guide from the opposite end. Rotate the Saw Guide to place the V Channel on top, then tighten the thumbscrew into the jig while aligning the stabilizing plug in the adjacent hole. For a flush cut, remove the Saw Guide entirely.

For hands-free use, you can attach the jig by screwing through the beveled hole in the upper left of the jig directly into your workbench. Alternatively, remove one of the screws from the aluminum surface of your Jayne Redman® Rotational Bench Pin and use it to screw the jig into both the beveled hole and the aluminum surface, securing it into the rotational base.

Additionally, the Wire and Tube Cutting Jig can be mounted onto the WorkRing of your Jayne Redman® Rotational WorkRing System. To do so, screw a 1/4" Phillips head screw through the beveled hole in the jig into one of the threaded holes in the WorkRing, and secure it with a 1/2" Phillips head screw in a nearby threaded hole.
