The TIDI Posey Side Rail Wedges (1 Pair) (#5708) help to close the gaps between the mattress, headboards or footboards, and existing side rails, preventing injury or entrapment. If a patient is restrained, it also prevents the patient from reaching and releasing the restraints. It can also be zipped together with the Posey Horseshoe Wedge for extra protection.
The wedges are secured via hook and loop straps, and are made with a medium density foam for cushioning. The cover is made from a soft vinyl, which is also water-repellent and easy to clean. For safety, the Side Rail Wedges also meet the CA #117, Section E Flame Retardancy Standards.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
