Used for peripheral cannula care, Octopus 1 has the following advantages:
Eliminates the risk of access-associated needle-stick injury
Keeps a closed system (no risk of blood reflux)
Reduces the risk of cannula movement in the vein and thus the risk of mechanical venous irritation.
Negates the need to use the cannula injection port (non disinfectable) while Bionector is easily disinfectable.
PUR tubing material (no PVC and DEHP-free).

Bionector can be disinfected with most of the antiseptic solutions (example: 70% alcohol). Avoid using antiseptic containing both alcohol and oxygenated water.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
