The Ferno 59-T EZ-Glide Head Rest Kit (#0822430) is attached to the lifting bar of the chair to provide stable support for the patient's head. Foam padding and nylon webbing protect the head and are resistant to bodily fluids such as blood.

Items included in the kit are: one Headrest Base, one Forehead Strap, and one Storage Bag.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
