Description
- The KAKA Industrial ALB-126 Siding Brake is designed for precision sheet metal bending, making it ideal for applications such as roofing, siding installation, custom fabrication, and ductwork. With a bending width of 126 inches and a throat depth of 22.8 inches, this tool accommodates a variety of materials, including aluminum, copper, and steel, with thicknesses up to 24 Ga. for mild steel and 22 Ga. for mild aluminum.
- This machine features an adjustable material stop, allowing for consistent, repeatable bends, which is crucial for large projects. The maximum bending angle of 180° provides the flexibility needed for both simple and complex projects. The integrated roller knife ensures clean and precise sheet cutting, eliminating the need for additional tools and improving efficiency.
- The ALB-126 is built with durability in mind. The I-beam base construction offers excellent stability, and the double-ribbed die-cast reinforcements add strength, ensuring the brake will withstand repeated use. The full-loop handle allows for even bending pressure, providing consistent results across the material. Additionally, the protective vinyl strip prevents marring and damage to the material during bending.
- Weighing relatively little for its size, the ALB-126 is portable and can be easily moved between job sites or stored in a workshop. The dual support base rails reduce twisting during operation, enhancing stability, and ensuring accurate bending even for larger sheets of metal.
- Ideal for contractors, metal fabricators, and DIY enthusiasts, this product is built for both professional and personal use. Whether working in a workshop or on-site, the KAKA Industrial ALB-126 Siding Brake is designed to improve productivity and deliver precise results in every bend.
