It increases the surface area by 38%, with an additional 17.5 inches of space, for better comfort and stability, in addition to a 220 lb weight capacity per wing. It ensures that first responders can transport larger patients with minimal risk of injury.
The Surface Xtender features six positions for a variety of accommodations and flexibility, and is constructed from a Zytel nylon resin that is durable and withstands high temperatures (including flame-resistance), as well as resistance to scuffs and tears. It's easy to clean and sterilize between uses.
