The Dynarex DynaFoam AG Bordered Silver Foam Dressing (#3049 / 100 per Case) is a 4" x 4" sterile, highly absorbent foam dressing infused with silver ions, providing excellent exudate management with antimicrobial effects. The construction of the dressings enables optimal wound handling to support and maintain a moist wound environment with continuous antimicrobial protection, while the vapor permeable border offers effective protection against contamination.
The dressing possesses an antibacterial effect for Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria. It has also been shown to have four log bacterial reductions up to seven days in vitro against the following:
- Staphylococcus aureus.
- Streptococcus pyogenes.
- Enterococcus faecalis.
- Escherichia coli.
- Klesiella pneumoniae.
- Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Please note that this dressing is intended for short-term use. It should not be used more than 28 days, as this may lead to permanent skin discoloration.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
