The Skin Tear Repair Kit contains all the supplies needed to help treat minor skin tears from fragile skin. Ideal for people how are on blood thinners and are prone to skin tears, and other skin issues.

Kit Includes:

- (2) Xeroform Petrolatum Dressing 5" x 9" Fine mesh inpregnated with 3% bismuth tribromophenate
- (2) pair of Purple Nitrile Gloves
- (2) Sterile Gauze Krinkle gauze bandages
- (1) Pair of Lister Bandage Scissors
- (1) roll of Cloth Tape 2" x 5.1 yards for securing bandages
- (1) tube of Atrac-tain® Cream 5 oz to help prevent other skin tears, and cuts. Contains 10% Urea and 4% AHA

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
