The Dynarex DynaGinate Calcium Alginate Dressing changes to a fibrous gel when in contact with wound exudate to create an optimal moist wound environment important for optimal healing. Calcium alginate encourages natural debridement and absorbs up to 15 times its own weight to help with the management of wound drainage. As the dressing transforms into a soft gel sheet it contours closely to the wound bed and does not adhere to the wound.

This dressing is ideal for treating patients who are bedridden, diabetic, or have chronic venous insufficiency. It can also be used to treat skin tissue, bone, and muscle wounds at wound stages 3 and 4.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
