Changing polishers in a snap

During the grinding of porcelain stoneware and granite, it is necessary to constantly change the grit of polishing discs. Usually, this is done in several ways, each with its drawbacks:

Removing the grinding disc from the base. The 'Velcro' base lasts for a few cycles, after which the disc no longer adheres to the base.

Changing bases along with the disc. This is time-consuming, and each reinstallation introduces runout.

Using several angle grinders with discs of different grits installed. This requires having multiple grinders at once.

The innovative magnetic base Click-Lock PRO solves all these issues.

Discs are securely attached to steel holders until they are completely worn out. Changing holders with discs happens instantly with one click thanks to the magnetic lock. And all this on a single angle grinder.

The base has a rubber gasket, making grinding smooth and controllable.

The base is installed on an angle grinder with adjustable rotation speed on the support flange. Maximum rotation speed – 3500 RPM.

It has an outer diameter of 100 mm with an M14 mount. The set includes the base and three steel holders for polishing discs.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
