The Tweco Style 22 Series MIG Nozzle is a premium push-on nozzle designed for quick and effortless installation, saving valuable time during setup while offering infinite adjustability for precise contact tip stick-out to ensure flawless welds. Crafted from heat-conductive copper, it provides exceptional durability and efficient heat dissipation for consistent weld quality, making it ideal for light to medium-duty welding tasks up to 180 amperes. Available in 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4" sizes, this nozzle is stamped with the Part No. for easy identification and is compatible with Lincoln Magnum 200-250 MIG welding guns (equivalent to Lincoln KP22 and KP22SS) as well as Tweco Classic No.1, No.2, and No.3 MIG guns, fitting the Tweco 52 Diffuser thread when paired with a 32 Insulator.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
