QUANTITY
There are 3 pairs of arch pads in each package. One pair of clear, one pair of black and one pair of beige arch pads in each package.
MATERIAL
Medical-grade PU gel, with sweat wicking polyester anti-bacterial top layer.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Remove from the packaging, remove adhesive backing and place the thicker side of the arch pad in the arch area of the shoe. Ensure that the pad is on the inside of the shoes.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
