Lateral leaning can be controlled when 2 gel packs are used on both sides in an upright position. The lower back or lumbar area can be protected with the use of 1 gel pack across the back. The Skil-Care Lateral Lumbar Support is a versatile product that uniquely serves as lateral or lumbar support and distributes pressure caused by backrest hammocking. It can secure to any 16 or 18 inch wheelchair, geri-chair, or kitchen chair.
