A sine bar consists of hardened, precision ground body with two precision ground cylinders fixed at the ends.
The distance between the centers of the cylinders is precisely controlled, and the top of the bar is parallel to a line through the centre of the two rollers.
Sine bar is used in conjunction with slip gauges for precise angular measurement.
Sine bar is used either to measure angle very accurately or face locating any work to a given angle.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
