The Twin Welding Hose Grades R & T are designed for efficient and safe handling of gases in welding applications. The green hose (for oxygen) features a right-hand thread CGA-022, while the red hose (for acetylene) uses a left-hand thread CGA-023. Both hoses are made from heat-resistant EPDM material and include 2 spiral polyester yarn reinforcement for added flexibility, ease of handling, and superior performance compared to braid-reinforced hoses. These hoses meet RMA/CGA specifications and can withstand a working pressure of 200 PSI (1.38 MPa), ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
Type R Hose is suitable for acetylene but may degrade when used with fuels containing natural oils like propane, natural gas, or propylene, leading to drying and cracking over time.
Type T Hose is specially designed to resist this chemical degradation, making it a more durable choice for use with oils and other reactive fuels.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer
Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
