The Sklar Heidbrink Root Tip Pick #1 (#49-3745) is a fine, single-ended dental instrument used for elevating and extracting the root tip in hard to reach areas. Prior to elevation, the root tip pick may be used to cut any gingival attachment. It may also be used to remove any remaining root fragments that break away during an extraction. The tip of the #1 model is straight.
