Create a shimmering effect over any gel color. Mermaid dust will look different over different base colors and under different lightings

This is the ultimate product for creating Mermaid Effect!
1. Apply over the tacky layer after curing the gel
2. Rub in the powder.
3. Apply top coat.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
