The ADC Premium Stethoscope ID Tag (#697BK) fits both Adscope and Proscope models. The tag is made of two piece injection molded plastic, that snaps tightly together around tubing. To ensure a permanent fit, try adding a drop of glue to each fastening post.

Warranty: 1 Year.

Note: ID tag only. Stethoscope is not included.This item is available in either standard (#697BK) or retail display (#697BKQ) packaging.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
