Kliniderm Superabsorbent dressings are advanced wound dressings with four-layer construction designed for moderate to heavily exuding wounds. The hydrophilic wound contact layer transmits wound exudate upwards and does not adhere to the wound surface. The distribution layer provides rapid fluid uptake and distributes the exudate evenly into the absorbent layer. The central absorbent core contains SAP polymer particles for outstanding absorption and retention. Fluid repellent backing layer minimizes fluid strikethrough and has high permeability to allow effective vapour transfer and breathability. Kliniderm® Superabsorbent dressings facilitate the wound healing by maintaining moist wound environment and prevent the maceration of the surrounding skin by retaining the wound exudate within the core.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
