With a Safetac technology layer, this dressing allows for direct contact to the wound and the surround skin by sealing around the wound edges. This prevents exudate from leaking onto the surrounding skin from the secondary absorbent pad. Vertical exudate movement can be achieved even when Mepilex Transfer has been applied to uneven surfaces. Establishing a moist wound environment combined with an appropriate secondary dressing makes Mepilex Transfer the perfect solution to a variety of wound types and conditions.
