The Optiva 2 I.V. Catheter includes wings and side port. This product is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, single-use, radiopaque intravascular catheter. This catheter features a V-point needle, thin-walled catheter and a side port with a snap cap design for easy closure.
Indications
A properly placed Optiva 2 I.V. catheter provides access to a vein or artery.
The Optiva 2 catheters are designed for single use. They may be used for any patient population with consideration given to patient size, appropriateness for the solution being infused, and duration of therapy.
- 16G to 24G catheters may be used with power injectors for which the maximum rated pressure is 300 psi.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
